1 tablespoon oliveoil
1 carrot
250 grams of minced beef
2 green peppers
350 grams of grated tomatoes
1 big onion
10 mushrooms
10 garlic cloves
A large handful of fresh basil
200 grams of celeriac
A box of tortiglioni pasta
Instructions:
Chop the carrot, peppers, onion, mushrooms, garlic cloves, basil and the celeriac finely.
Put the olive oil in a deep pan, heat it and add the onion and the garlic cloves.
Stir until they get golden brown and add the minced beef stir for 5 minutes and then add the mushrooms, carrot, peppers, celeriac one by one.
