Tortiglioni Bolognese

     Ingredients:

1 tablespoon oliveoil
1 carrot
250 grams of minced beef
2 green peppers
350 grams of grated tomatoes
1 big onion
10 mushrooms
10 garlic cloves
A large handful of fresh basil
200 grams of celeriac
A box of tortiglioni pasta

     Instructions:

Chop the carrot, peppers, onion, mushrooms, garlic cloves, basil and the celeriac finely.
Put the olive oil in a deep pan, heat it and add the onion and the garlic cloves.
Stir until they get golden brown and add the minced beef stir for 5 minutes and then add the mushrooms, carrot, peppers, celeriac one by one.


Finally add the grated tomatoes and fresh basil, stir your mixture for an other five minutes.


Cook your pasta in the mean time and serve it with your mixture on top of your pasta or mix them all together in the pan.
